XFrame modular technology

The patented modular construction is perfect for upgrading existing production lines, allowing for easy addition, removal, and modification of cells, ensuring flexibility and high production and integration speed. Hatches and covers have seals that prevent moisture from entering the frame. The frame and cover parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with the outer surfaces glass-blasted.

The fasteners are made of stainless steel and are equipped with means to prevent self-unscrewing with food tolerance. Delivery in parts of sizes no longer than 6 meters. Hygienic design and minimal number of supports to simplify the equipment washing process.

Modular hygienic conveyors

Belt, chain, timing belt, and belt conveyors are used for various transportation, acceleration, and positioning tasks. They can be used for straight, inclined, and diverting applications.

Planetary high-precision gearboxes are made of stainless steel, protection class according to IP66 standard.
Three-phase synchronous motors with permanent magnets IP65The open-design robot parts are made of aluminum alloy, glass-blasted and anodized.
The parts of the hygienic robot are made of stainless steel.
